Is HYFO really free?
Yes. Weight, calories, income, expenses, savings goals, app limits, focus sessions and widgets are all free with no time limit. Pro adds pausing apps when you hit your limit.
Does HYFO connect to my bank?
No. You add money in and out yourself. It takes a few seconds, and it means no bank logins, no SMS reading and nothing leaving your phone.
How does HYFO know my app time?
Android's usage access tells HYFO how long the apps you choose are open. It never reads messages, sees what you type or looks inside apps.
Is there an iPhone version of HYFO?
Not yet. HYFO is Android-only for now, because it relies on Android features for app time and focus sessions.
