Real estate websites

Property websites that turn searches into enquiries.

We design and build property websites and listing platforms in Next.js and React: search that gets people to the right home quickly, listings that are easy to compare, and enquiry flows that bring the lead to you, not a portal.

Why property sites lose enquiries.

People searching for a home arrive knowing roughly where they want to live and what they can spend. They want a shortlist quickly, then they compare listings on the details that matter: price, size, layout, furnishing and location.

Many property websites make that hard. Search is buried under long filter forms, listing cards hide the numbers people compare, photos load slowly on a phone, and the enquiry form asks for too much. People give up, or go back to a portal that charges you for the lead.

A good property site does the opposite: one clear search, quick filters, scannable listings and a short path to enquiry, built fast enough to work on a patchy mobile connection.

Signs to look for
  • Most of your leads come through paid portals
  • Search needs a long form before showing anything
  • Listing cards hide price, size or furnishing
  • Photos load slowly on a phone
  • Enquiries arrive with missing details

What we build.

Based on what we built for RealAura, a property listings platform for renting, buying and selling homes.

  1. 01

    Search first

One search box for locality, society or project, with rent and buy as a simple switch, so people see results before they see a form.

  2. 02

    One-tap quick filters

Property type and stage, such as apartment, villa, plot, new launch or ready to move, as single taps rather than a long filter panel.

  3. 03

    Listings built for comparing

Price, size, bedrooms and furnishing on one line of each card, with fast, correctly sized photos, so a grid of listings can be scanned in seconds.

  4. 04

    A short path to enquiry

Listing pages lead to a short enquiry flow, by form, call or WhatsApp, so the step from interest to contact is as small as possible.

  5. 05

    Pages that rank locally

Area and project pages with proper titles, structured data and fast loading, so people searching for a locality can find your listings directly.

1–2 weeks · Sprint

The offer: start with a Sprint.

A Sprint is one focused piece of work, scoped up front at a fixed price from £500 and shipped in one to two weeks, paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For a property business that might be a faster search page, better listing cards or a new enquiry flow on your current site. A full listing platform is scoped as a project after a short call.

What you get
  • Review of your current search and listings
  • One focused improvement, designed and built
  • Mobile-first and fast
  • Live on your site
  • Clear next steps

Questions, answered.

Anything else, ask on the call.

Have you built a property website before?

Yes. We did the UX design and frontend engineering for RealAura, a property listings platform covering search, listing pages and enquiry flows. The case study is on this site.

Can the website pull in my existing listings?

Usually, yes. Listings can come from a database, a CMS, a spreadsheet or an existing system with an API. We check what you have during scoping before quoting.

Do you work with estate agents in the UK and developers in India?

Yes. Shraen works with businesses in both, from agencies with a few hundred listings to developers launching a single project.

Will my listings show up in Google?

Listing and area pages are built to be read easily by search engines, with clean titles, structured data and fast loading. Rankings still depend on competition and time, so we do not promise positions.
